活塞銷固定夾環的重要
話說 10/25 日騎著剛重組完引擎車跟著大家前往埔里參加板據
高興的跑完水里+環潭的彎道，懷著滿足的心情回家
正當中潭公路一路以紅線區的轉速返家的途中，突然轉速狂掉、油門沒反應
最後熄火停到路邊檢視，似乎是引擎已經沒有壓縮，無法發動，似乎是縮缸了
只好把車寄放到同學家，隔兩天開卡車載回家拆開看
拆開一看，汽缸壁嚴重損壞，活塞環也毀損
判斷應該是活塞銷固定夾環沒裝置好而斷裂，卡在活塞環與汽缸壁之間
造成汽缸壁以及活塞環嚴重的損換
由於這顆汽缸是 SV Max 所使用的陶瓷汽缸，無法搪缸，所以只跑了不到一千公里的汽缸跟活塞就這樣掰掰了‧
組裝引擎時別輕忽這小小的東西啊，且切記拆卸之後一定得裝上新品
後來又聽到一種說法
一般改裝或塘缸店常配用的G型環，大大減低了安裝夾環的時間，但可能會在震動的時候受力斷裂
而原廠常用之 C 型環，不太可能出現斷裂之問題
到底是不是真的有這麼一回事，後來重組之後還是使用搪缸店配用的 G 型環，看看會不會又縮一次吧 XD
