
上週五下班後跑去台達弄了一顆整理過的陶缸,如圖,順便跟老闆聊一聊
其實電視廣告天天喊的陶瓷汽缸應該是叫做「鋁合金電鍍陶瓷汽缸」,可不是整顆都是陶瓷做的啊‧缸體一樣是以鋁合金製成,再加以電鍍上陶瓷層,可以到下面的網站仔細閱讀: http://home.kimo.com.tw/coatingcylinder/,寫的很好,我也就不覆述一次了‧
其實陶缸也沒有電視廣告講的那麼神,陶缸一樣會磨損,只是比較慢而已‧但通常陶瓷汽缸怎麼操狀況都還 OK ,壓縮不夠更換活塞及活塞環即可‧但如果要進行類似塘缸的工作也是可以的,只不過採用的機具跟鑄鐵汽缸不同,需要使用鑽石類的刀具進行研磨‧但因為陶瓷汽缸的電鍍層只有兩根頭髮厚,因此只能進行修復性的研磨,而不能進行塘大(好比說將缸徑 51mm 的汽缸塘到 54mm)的工程‧如果汽缸受的傷超過陶瓷電鍍層,如我之前發生的慘案,就真的只有換缸一途了‧
陶瓷汽缸的技術似乎越來越普及了,現在連改裝用的汽缸都有陶瓷汽缸了呢‧
