持外國重機之駕照換取台灣駕照的方式

剛剛麵包張問我，所以才去查，以下取自台北市監理處網頁：

備齊下列文件到監理站辦理：

1. 右列身分證明文件任一（正本）：國民身分證、居留證、旅行證、「台灣地區逐次加簽入出境證」、「台灣地區多次入出境證」、「台灣地區居留證」（無台灣地址者須另檢附流動人口登記聯單）[非持國民身分證者依互惠原則辦理]
2. 正式有效外國駕照[須申請驗證]（正本及影本）
3. 護照正本及影本
4. 貼有相片之健保特約醫院或衛生所體檢表（有效期限一年內）
5. 最近正面脫帽半身一吋光面紙照片一張（須與體檢表上相同之照片）
6. 機車駕駛執照登記書[請至本處或北區分處索取空白書表，或本處網站下載]
7. 外國駕照中文翻譯本（經立案之翻譯社），英文者免附
8. 規費２００元

有點問題台灣不承認美國的重機駕照理由是因為沒有著名CC數而美國那邊的法令卻只有註明重量
降子就不行了馬上降級普通重機
