何時可以退費呢?因為今年的已先繳 !
Posted by: kelly 發表於 January 13, 2005 11:25 PM根據法律不溯及既往原則，除非修法有規定 "本法於民國 oo 年 x 月 y 日起適用"，而且該日期是要牌照稅課徵截止日之前，否則法律是修法後總統公佈後才施行，是沒辦法退費的。
而且政府怎麼可能修法讓他自己吐錢出來 XD
所以只好等明年吧。

減稅已經讓主計處靠邀稅收少幾億了，怎麼可能還吐給你XD
Posted by: ed 發表於 January 19, 2005 06:52 PM台灣土地就這麼一丁點大.光就牌照稅來看.根本就是鼓勵民眾多買四輪轎車不要買兩輪重車.都市塞車塞的要死.路又小的要死.又常修路.難走的要死.開車不如騎車.如果重車平易近人.銷量日後絕對比轎車高.因為淘汰率高嘛.機車稅跟轎車稅幾乎一樣貴的要死.台灣官員是頭殼壞了還是只會在電視裡作秀阿.等到哪年台灣二次奇蹟錢又淹腳目的時候就是一堆人移民.誰會留在這種政治亂搞的地方
