最近遇到了一些事，覺的自己很小家子氣..
埋怨自己給的太多，拿的太少，進而對人感到失望‧然後開始在那邊生氣，氣到不行；其實，不就是一句話嗎? 「無欲則剛」，當我們拿出東西給人家時，心中從來別想著人家會回報你，也就不會有之後別人對你無情時的痛苦了‧
還有待磨練

痾...給人家東西要給的心甘情願.....給了=別人的了..給人東西前其實並不奢求回報..但須量力而為...轉個念去想..若東西自己不需要..鈀它給需要的人或想要的人..人家高興自己不也是很快樂嗎..所謂助人為快樂之本吶...
