新舊夥伴，每台 laptop 都有一個故事
很久沒有寫 blog，更有很久沒有更新 "gadgets" 這個類別的文章了 (最後一篇應該是初代 iPhone 吧)
這幾年來，對這些 3C 小玩具的熱情遞減，買來打開箱子也不會像以前想拍照寫 blog
是什麼讓我想寫這篇文章呢，我想就是承載在物品上的記憶吧...
左邊是我的新 laptop - late 2010 MacBook Air，右邊是上一台 laptop - IBM X31
我的 X31，2004 年九月出廠，我在同年十月份入手
那個時候找到人生第一份寫程式的暑假打工，攢了兩個多月薪水，一口氣買下這台 X31。身為一個當時的宅宅，機器一定要夠強力，機器都還沒到貨，已經迫不及待的上網買了當時最夢幻的配備：1G 的記憶體。
之後這台 X31 陪我度過了每天上課下課，上班下班的生活，每天就是把它置在背包中，放在機車腳踏上騎著帶出門。
大學時期，寫報告、寫程式，空堂中上網打發時間，一群阿宅窩在一起做專題到天亮，都是靠這台。
到了碩士班，每天每週的實驗室會議、趕論文投稿趕到一半硬碟差點掛掉嚇的一身冷汗、上研討會對著一堆老外發表論文，到最後的論文口試，也都有它的身影。
它也見證了好幾次榮耀時刻，駭客年會冠軍跟金盾獎，都是在它的鍵盤上敲出來的。
身為一台筆記型電腦，出國當然不可少。它第一次出國就是陪我到吉隆坡出差。兩個月的日子中， Skype 聯繫家人、下班後上網打發時間、研究假日可以去哪玩，它都能十足的勝任。
經過六年多的摧殘，至今仍然能應付許多工作，只差外殼已經開始龜裂、螢幕點些泛黃。古早的 IBM Thinkpad 果然名不虛傳，經得起考驗。
後來鬼迷心竅買了左邊的新夥伴: MacBook Air，買來就是陪我度過每天繁忙的工作，到了寫這篇文章的時候才驚覺已經買了快四個月了，看來這台電腦應該可以見證我現在的無頭蒼蠅忙碌生活啊...
